- Translating Figma designs into responsive, accessible UI. Debugging across the stack to resolve product issues quickly.

- Built OMS (oms.flipiq.com), the internal client onboarding portal. Replaced a 46-task spreadsheet with a real state machine across three roles. Blocking logic auto-unlocks manager tasks the moment the client company completes their step.
- Built Tony's Command Center: a 12-agent automation system unifying Google Calendar, Email, Asana, Slack and Gmail behind one chat interface with task management, email classification, scheduling, and daily check-in flows.
- Started ARV IQ, a real estate tool that takes any property and returns comparables, using AI and research tools to estimate After-Repair-Value (ARV) and cost of repair.
- Picked up real estate domain knowledge (property data, transactions, investor workflows) while shipping production systems against tight deadlines.
